Challenge

Replacing an aging POS system across 150 stores without disrupting daily operations. The new system needed to handle high transaction volumes during peak periods while integrating with existing supply chain and finance systems.

Solution

We developed a modern cloud-based POS with offline capabilities for reliability. Deployment was executed through a carefully planned store-by-store rollout with overnight migrations. Real-time inventory synchronization and customer loyalty features were built as core functionalities.
