Challenge & approach
Running several restaurant branches meant scheduling, clock-ins, disciplinary records and stock were tracked differently at each site, with no consolidated view for management.
One platform with three dashboards — super admin, branch manager and employee — covering shift scheduling and swaps, real-time clock-in/out with overtime, a weighted performance-scoring engine, inventory and supplier records, and consolidated cross-branch reporting. Deployed in Docker on self-managed Coolify infrastructure with Git-based CI/CD.
