Challenge & approach
Funeral cover is administered on paper and spreadsheets: policyholders cannot see their cover, dependents are hard to keep current, and claims move slowly through manual verification.
A secure web application with a customer portal for enrolment, dependents and claims, and an administrator side for plan configuration, document verification and claims approval. Payments update subscription status automatically and every action is role-controlled.
