Challenge & approach
A registered credit provider needed to take loan and capital applications online while keeping identity, address and bank documents private, controlling who can register, and giving staff a clear review-and-approve pipeline.
A React front end over a Laravel JSON API: applicants complete a staged application, upload documents to a private disk, and administrators verify and approve. Approval issues a single-use, hashed invite link that expires in 72 hours. Roles separate customers, marketing staff and administrators, and marketing can edit homepage content live through the API.
